hi,
i'm a big fan of wes anderson.
The first movie i ever saw was Rushmore. i just loved the way he mixed great music with a really original way of filming the movie. i mean, the clothes, the way the movie is connected to theater and those little "tributes" to movies (such as the waterfront) is just great.
The royal tenenbaums is just as great as rushmore, i love the soundtrack and the tribute to nico. the soundtrack (the extended version) is just amazing. and the way things take place, the way this "book" is taken to a movie is just great.
i just wanted to share this. i mean, this director has a great taste when seleccting the background music and also when he moves the camera when directing. he's just great.
ps: i recommed the life aquatic soundtrack and the studio session with seu jorge.
